Pilates teaches both stabilization and mobilization, resulting in functional stability and healthy movement patterns. Pilates builds strength and flexibility from the inside out.

In one on one sessions, address personal inquiries and goals with attentive guidance and support. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs. Pilates has something to offer for everyone. It is an excellent tool for injury prevention as well as rehabilitation, provides overall well-being for those seeking general wellness, and can offer athletes a challenging edge.
The Pilates Apparatus utilize spring loaded tension to add resistance, support, and opportunity for challenging variation. Pilates Equipment sessions are also suitable for those healing from injury or focused on injury prevention. Pilates Matwork sessions utilize the same fundamental principles as the apparatus, and are enhanced with props. Training can be provided for home practice.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe technique that promotes stress reduction and healing. Reiki is not a religion, and has no dogma. I hope to offer down to earth space and assistance as you explore your own experience as an energetic being.
Reiki sessions take place on a massage table, with hands placed above or gently on the body. I like to describe Reiki like this - “Energy flows where attention/intention goes.” I believe that even without specific intention, energy is intelligent and balances itself when allowed to.

In private sessions, address self-inquiries in a safe space for exploration. All sessions are tailored to the individual by listening to your personal needs and desires. Instruction can range from addressing basic alignment to learning how to take your Yoga off the mat and into your life. I strive to adapt guidance to the ever shifting experience of the individual.

As a climbing enthusiast, I have been drawn to exploring both the body mechanics and mental aspects of climbing. Developing balanced muscles, joint stability and functional strength enhance climbing technique and help prevent injury. Learning mind-body awareness and breathing exercises can bring your climbing to a whole new level. You will also likely find that by practicing mindful exercise, other areas of your life become naturally enhanced and more balanced.
