Align offers an integrative and functional approach to wellness, based on the belief that awareness enhances the natural healing and aligning powers of the body. Mindful Movement is an inside-out approach that treats the body/mind as a whole system, and promotes health holistically. Fusing science and intuition, I aim to provide movement and exercise education, awareness techniques, and space for clients to grow and explore.
I offer Private Pilates, Yoga, and Reiki energy work. Sessions empower those seeking prevention, rehabilitation, athletic training, mind-body awareness, stress reduction techniques, and overall wellness. All services help clients address personal goals and inquiries with one on one professional support.
